Workshops Facilitation

During my work at Yahoo, I’ve facilitated 10+ workshops in offline or online format. To guide our cross-functional teams and external members in the workshop, I applied various methodologies, including Opportunity Statements, How might we, and Provocation.

Hackathon

Every year, I participated in Yahoo’s global hackathon, working with developers, product managers, and design colleagues to explore innovative ideas beyond regular works.
In 2019, my team got the “Best in UX” award! We designed a member referral system based on the Loyalty Program.

Public Speaking

In 2024, I delivered UX design training as a guest lecturer in a “UX Value Realization” online course at SAT Knowledge, reaching 1,558 online learners.
