I’m a Staff Product Designer with 6+ years of experience shaping consumer products across News, Mail, e-commerce, and loyalty programs. I enjoy leading design for 0-to-1 projects, building design systems that help products scale, and creating alignment with international teams so good ideas can reach users in global markets.

I enjoy leading design for 0-to-1 projects, building design systems that help products scale, and creating alignment with international teams so good ideas can reach users in global markets.

Currently, I’m pursuing my master’s degree in Human-Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle, where I’m exploring Human-Agent Interaction and AI-powered application design.

Impact

At Yahoo, I helped launch the company’s first Loyalty Rewards Program in Taiwan and Hong Kong, which received Yahoo’s Best UX Award and contributed to measurable growth in login rate, retention, and time spent.

I also built design systems adopted by four product teams, shaping experiences across multiple services rather than a single app.

Beyond product execution, I organized and facilitated cross-functional design workshops that created space for teams to collaborate, brainstorm, and align on direction.

Outside the work

When I'm not doing UX design, I make other creations: photography, illustrations, cooking, matcha, floral arrangement, and more! I self-publish zines and sell them at art fairs — I love talking to people and getting their feedback directly!
